Typically, when you order catering with hot food for an event, it arrives lukewarm, or you have to reheat it, and most of the time you end up ordering the same canapés, sandwiches, and sushi. But this time it’s different! You can serve a hot buffet of Italian cuisine, wrapped in a cloud of steamed white bread. All made with high-quality Italian ingredients.**ORDER A BAO CIAO STEAMER FOR YOUR EVENT!**With a minimum order of 40 bao, we will come on the day of your event, set up the countertop steamer, start it up, and load it with 40 Bao Ciao for you to choose from. You and your guests can serve yourselves with hot Bao Ciao—always hot—for over 6 hours!At the end of the party or the next day, we will return to pick up the countertop steamer.
